For a long time, I did what most women do. I followed whatever I saw online. I tried the workouts, the diets, the supplements. I worked out hard and ate less and still couldn't understand why my body wasn't changing the way I wanted it to.
The problem wasn't effort. I had plenty of that. The problem was I had no idea how my body actually worked. No one had ever explained what macros were, what building muscle actually looked like, or how to eat for the goals I had. I was working against myself without knowing it.
When I finally started learning, everything changed. I stopped guessing. I stopped shrinking. I started building, and for the first time, I felt strong in a way that went deeper than what I saw in the mirror.
